In order to be considered, every applicant must meet our minimum requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Must provide excellent professional references
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be a citizen of the U.S. or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, car insurance and clean driving record
- Must own car
- Must be CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to get certified
- Must pass health screening/drug tests
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Must be registered with Trustline or be willing to get registered
- Must be willing to complete a release form allowing us to conduct a background check
- Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement
- Must be willing to sign a non-usage of phone while driving charges agreement
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of one year with the family For Long Term Positions
